I've been going to perk up since 2015... absolutely love this place. The food is amazing and the drinks so good! The owner is also bad ass! She's hilarious and always gives my big rottie a warm welcome! We perk up

Since they've opened up a freeway entrance right next to it, I've been stopping in here other than Sbux cuz let's face the reality, Sbux coffee sucks and is bitter without all the sugar. I've really enjoyed Perk Up's americano because you can taste the deep roasted espresso beans. I, especially, LOOOOVE their BLT or BLAT. They use croissant for the bread and pepper in their mayo that makes all the difference like, wow. I've tried to make it at home to no avail. So, we must keep Perk It Up alive. Really love my neighborhood coffee shop. #ShopLocal

Awesome family owned coffee shop on Southern Highlands Pkwy & Valley View with a drive thru for convenience! Decided to grab breakfast & coffee from here before work this morning. I've driven past it so many times and never stopped in so this morning was my first time. The owner was working the counter and was really friendly. She offered suggestions on what to order based on what I usually order at other coffee places. Milk substitutes include: soy, almond, & coconut milk - yay! I grabbed 3 drinks: iced nutella latte, iced hazelnut latte, & an iced chai latte along with a BTLA on a croissant. The BTLA was phenomenal and I'd totally order it again. I'd probably consider getting it on a bagel or toast next time because it wasn't the easiest to eat at work without it flaking all over my desk. It's technically a lunch item so it comes with a bag of Lay's potato chips & a pickle. Drinks were yummy. I noticed the lattes can come hot, iced, or blended. With this Vegas heat, I'll probably try a blended item next time. Will definitely stop in again soon!

Errands, errands, nonstop errands but someone has to do it. Seeking sweet caffeine to breathe that breath of life yet again into me it's time to perk up. Luckily, I happen to be close to a coffee shop that will Perk me right up! This little coffee cafe is out of the way for me but I love to explore some new coffee. Shall we!! By luck that I found this quaint little place in the far South Valley of Las Vegas. About a mile or so from the M Hotel and Casino, off Dean Martin is Perk. The cafe has a huge outside lobby area patio perfect for relaxing with the puppies. The inside lobby of the cafe has ample seating and generous space to catch up with friends, work, your, that last chapter of your book that needs a read. The atmosphere is so relaxing it screams small local coffee flavors. This little cafe would fit nicely in any corner in Portland or Seattle. Needing some afternoon cafe I am happy that I had the chance to recharge here both mentally and physically. Let's talk, why we are here? Coffee! The menu is hand written with color choices, one for each drink. The menu has cute quirky little names for the drinks on the menu too. The smallest details have been outlined and present leaving nothing to the imagination of "what's" in the coffee. The first drink that I ordered was the Strawberry Date Night iced. This coffee has strawberry and chocolate mixed together with vanilla. It comes with two shots of espresso and your choice of milk. The name is cute and with no mystery of what's inside that makes it titled Strawberry Date Night; pleasantly surprised at how smooth the coffee and strawberry flavors are together . First for a strawberry and coffee mix that is not blended. It's worth the price, time, and the quality is excellent. This trip was only a simple stop for coffee, while I'm not a regular here since this coffee destination is not close to me. It's on the other side of the interstate, I do recommend it. The coffee is way above ordinary and it's all made by the baristas with loving hands that enjoy bringing caffeine bliss to fellow coffee fiends. The staff here was very nice and friendly. They are constantly busy, since they only have one individual staff member that seems to run the front counter and drive thru flawlessly. The vibes as he made the coffee were incredible with no negativity at all. He was busy too and kept up his spirits as he worked. It must be that liquid passion that he's brewing that keeps him prancing on his toes. After several visits here over the past few months I have grown to enjoy Perk. My puppies are able to chill on the patio, when it is early in the morning of course. When it's about eight in the am, it's too hot for anything to exist outside truly with summer heat rolling in here. Thankful for air conditioning, puppies go home to sleep while it's round two for coffee for their mama. That wonderful barista and cashier can make a mean quad cafe au lait. It's so smooth that it does not even need any sugar. The foam is a lovely little lightness that makes for better sippin. Anyone looking for the perfect chai, this is the place to be. I'm telling ya. Come get dirty here with a naughty chai latte. All take one of those chai drinks on me all day long here. Now you know where I like to hide come and get lost with me. Discover what makes you daft!

My friends and I stopped by for a quick lunch on our drive to the strip. We were in a bit of a rush, so we placed our orders over the phone 15 minutes before arriving, around 11 am on a Saturday morning, and the food was ready for us by the time we arrived. First thing you notice when you peruse the menu on their website is that they have an impressive selection of lattes. The sandwich selection is a little bit more limited but still not bad. I went with the Robins Nest, which has tomato, avocado, bacon, spinach, red onion, and a fried egg between two toasted slices. The original plan was to do takeout and eat in the car, but as soon as we saw the sandwich, we realized it'd be pretty messy to eat and decided to have a quick lunch there instead. Why? Because the fried egg isn't fried completely and the yolk is still quite runny. Three of us all ordered this and we absolutely loved it! Yes it was messy, but each bite was delicious with all the different ingredients mixing in our mouths. We inhaled our sandwiches and wanted another one. Alas we didn't have the time. The space is quite nice. There is a lot of space with a decent amount of seating and a small bookshelf with books organized by color.
